You can call me Kat or Kathy. I’m married with two children, trilingual, and deeply value family, teamwork, service, attention to detail, freedom, and independence. As a family, we enjoy soccer and actively serving both our team and our community.

Born and raised in New York, I attended Adelphi University, where I studied Psychology with a minor in Business Management. I also completed medical trade school, which strengthened my understanding of healthcare environments, compliance, and operational precision—an experience that shaped my appreciation for structure, standards, and excellence.

While continuing my education, I entered the dental industry, where I was trained to help develop dental offices and gained deep insight into operations, patient experience, regulatory standards, and high-level service. It was here that I recognized how essential cleanliness, systems, and presentation are to trust and comfort—especially within healthcare and hospitality environments. This understanding became the foundation for launching my own customized cleaning services company.

My introduction to hospitality began early through my mother, working in hotel settings and later testing structured cleaning operations at the U.S. Army West Point base. These experiences refined my eye for detail and reinforced the importance of consistency, accountability, and elevated service. Even then, I knew I would one day build a business rooted in structure, intention, and service excellence.

My husband and business partner, Frankie, and I quickly discovered our strong working chemistry and natural balance. We share a passion for details, homes, service, and exclusivity. After working for owners who were still developing their leadership skills and emotional intelligence, we recognized the opportunity to do things differently. That realization led us to build a company centered on emotional intelligence, accountability, and people-first leadership—without compromising high standards or discretion.

Today, we operate with a team-centric culture focused on empowering our staff to grow, provide for their families, and take pride in their craft.
